Today we are kicking off our signature course, Financial Minimalism, taught by the fabulous Carrie Teardo. In this course, Carrie explains that minimalism isn’t necessarily having less things, but loving everything that you do have. If something in your home – be it clothing, décor, furniture, anything – no longer makes you excited, it’s time to get rid of it.
Our Financial Minimalism course asks the questions “What do my finances say about me? How can I better control and steer my finances toward spending my money on what I actually love and will enhance my life instead of spending money on things that I may not realize will bring me down?” Carrie says it’s all about making sure the stuff you have around you are only things you absolutely love and find value in.
Financial Minimalism will look different for every person, because what matters most to us differs from person to person. Through this course, you’ll see money as a tool towards a better life for yourself and for those around you and learn what will enhance your life and spend money on that rather than extra stuff you don’t value.
“It’s putting your money to work in ways that will add value,” Carrie says. “It’s learning how to prioritize putting money in place where it will benefit you and bring you the most satisfaction and joy.”
We’re so proud to have this course as one of our offerings to you!
